Thanks for thinking my skills revolve around a microwave! Okay, you're right MO_Thought2. I made two grilled cheese sandwiches and a bowl of soup.

Had I known you were whipping up gourmet grilled cheese I would have brought the apple pie enchiladas over. (5 minutes to put together -- 20 minutes in the oven) :-D
