I have a serious issue with this whole "cute" thing. I grew up watching amazing women fight for equal rights. My early jobs out of college involved fetching coffee, getting my ass slapped and being called "Honey". I have dressed dowdy and darkened my hair to be taken seriously. My job's been threatened when I fought against a customer who physically grabbed me. Suddenly everything is cute and sparkly and Disney princesses and hooker shoes. I feel like everything I have fought for has been dismissed.If you want more from life than cuteness, you are awesome in my book.
