Erased 'hate' from vocabulary. It works.

Backstory

I can't stand... I really dislike... It's so annoying when... It frustrates me when... I can't accept it when... It angers me... it pains me...

These are some of the phrases with which I replace the word 'hate' -Not only I realised that I don't have 'hate' in my heart, but this awareness gives me a totally new perspective to what I want to say while it helps me create more positive karma.

If I had children, this would be one of my parental guide lessons.

Good rule to appreciate. Good for you and congrats!

Amapola says,

Thank you JAD. I didn't notice I was the featured backstory! And yes, if you try it, let me know how it goes ;-)

Excellent. It's something I have tried to do as well, for the same reason. I find I hate very few things...except maybe beets and liver (together or separately).

DynamicDbytheC says,

Yes, I am with accidentaltourist. I only have hate for beets and roaches. Love this memoir.
