Cleaning and found journal entry, actually, a role play script, after being caretaker for Grandma and Mom. Your timing is quite the reminder to follow the advice I'd recommend for a friend. Taking care of myself first is taking care of others. Seems obvious in theory. Much harder to implement. Best wishes!cdot says,
It's easy to be kind/loving and hate the fact that you don't take care of yourself enough. Not to say that I'm not happy. I def love when my friends and family are well. Not being selfish and saying that I need to be better. It would be selfish to say that I'm being selfish, but focusing on myself is more important for my growth at this time. Thanks for the feedback
