Haven't had one since October. I wish you much luck and hard won advice...No you cannot have just a puff or one smoke.Before quitting last October I had a 6 month lapse. Before that it had been 2 1/2 years.
I used to tell my friends & family that "I wasn't a quitter" when they chastised me for smoking. I smoked for over 20 years and really had no desire to stop. Now I have a real desire no never be addicted again.
