Dhani says,

(Memoir) One of my best buddies growing up was a Jew I'll call Raymond, and Raymond was often complaining about how he hated his Jewish surname, and that he wanted to change it to something that sounded more Anglo Saxon, I guess...I found this really odd, because I'm Italian and very proud of my last name, in fact, when my ancestors arrived at Ellis Island their original last name got misspelled, it was missing ONE vowel! When I returned the vowel to it's rightful place in my name, I could finally read it and say: 'Now that's ITALIAN! I made sure a real Italian name was on my passport.

Congratulations, Journaler, and a belated welcome!
