Please ignore the chipped polish. It's one footprint for each of my kids. I drew it on with pen to see how I felt about it. Thoughts?

Personally ... no...but that is my general view of tats. I think from where most people are (eye level), it will just look like a smudge or dirt. Before I read the backstory, I thought it was a tat of ants.

Hmmm...good point, MO. Of course, I'm not really an artist, so I hope that a professional would do a better job than my Sharpie haha. The other location I considered is the top of my foot. Then it would be a little bigger.

I am not a tattoo kind of person but I think done by a pro, the little foot prints are quite adorable. I like it.
