"Faturday" heard on Dr. Oz, the concept being eat carefully and well the rest of the week. On Saturday, eat the fattening things. Keeps you from feeling deprived. O Boy. Extra exercise this week...
This is great. I have to be careful not to make everyday Faturday, teehee. I have a Dr. Oz saying stuck in my head. He said the two worst foods are sugar soda and chips. I have really cut back on chips since then, and when there is a jumbo bag of chips in the work lounge (almost always) I now can resist the urge to grab a few handfuls each day, probably avoiding 300 empty calories. Dr. Oz is the little angel on my shoulder.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...

I like that: the angel on your shoulder. He has said some good stuff; very encouraging in practical ways.
