After months of tentativeness, Lukas started to walk and completely began cruising. Everyone told me once he walks he'll be off and running, and, indeed, it all changed in an instant.

When our first began to walk, it always seemed he would fall and that coffee table got in the way.My husband picked it up and it was stored in the attic for many years. This gives the child free reign to practice his walking skills. Enjoy every moment.
How momentous and noteable. Glad you snapped the pic before the scrapes. Having no children of my own, I am so overly worrisome when watching my friends' little ones for those inevitable falls.
