A cruise ship is accused of not aiding boaters in distress out in the middle of the ocean. The 3 men had been stranded and floating on the water for 28 days. The cruise ship came within eyesight of the stranded boat...didn't stop to rescue them...as a result two of the people died.Dean6805 says,
I saw that on the news this morning... there is no excuse. That's one of the most sacred rules on the sea: ALWAYS come to the aid of those in need.
