We're living lower on the hog.
Backstory
While discussing the financial stress of just maintaining life, I told a coworker about some people I knew in the past who had actually chosen to be homeless because they felt it was less stress than going to work every day to maintain the home, the car, the insurance, the taxes and everything that goes with life. Exasperated at this notion, she said "They don't need to go to the extreme of being homeless!
