MSKIASWAY says,

I have the same along with fibromyalgia. Sending good vibes and energy.

marymc says,

Rheumatoid arthritis...some days just suck.

Litsa_Dremousis says,

Sending great wishes your way, Kbnelson. I have CFS/CFIDS, too, and as others have noted, it's both pernicious and sometimes misunderstood. There's now a mountain of irrefutable scientific evidence, though, and I think a reliable treatment will be found. If you need more reliable information, the CFIDS Association of America at cfids.org is an outstanding place to start. Best of luck.

Amapola says,

Suffered the same as a result of a major burn-out 4 years ago. Got no medical treatment, but then went to the shrink. It appeared that I wasn't at all happy with my life and that my body was tired of carrying the weight of unresolved emotions. As a result, I followed EMDR therapy, I quit 40% of my job, and started to do things I love and *slowly* exercise more. It took me 18 months to recover moderately and 3.5 years to feel fine again. Now I'm not as energetic anymore, but lead a healthier life by listening to my body and being good to it. Now I'm ready to work full time again, but I don't think I will ;-)

I hope you find a good way to minimize it as much as you can. Be good and gentle to yourself. Meditation can help you find new sources of energy. No matter how many people don't want to understand this condition, never be afraid to ask for help or drop doing something that you don't like.

Amapola says,

sorry, got a bit carried away. I don't wish anyone to feel like you do, and it's my intention to help you a little with sharing my experience.
