Level1 says,

I hear you! My recent post along the theme: Menopause is dimming my inner sexpot.

VeronicaKeegan-Moore says,

Good one, Level1. I like yours better, but if I wrote the word "sex" , my daughters would say, "ew!" (I hope they don't read the comments. LOL)

three-monkeys says,

Love it - CONGRATS!

bbhead says,

I'm afraid if I "favorite" this one, it will happen to me.

VeronicaKeegan-Moore says,

Do you mean the "menopause" part ? hee hee ... it's actually quite liberating :) And I'm not discounting love, ya know. lol

Wench says,

My husband and I visited an elderly woman we know in a nursing home a week and a half ago. As we were leaving, he looked back at the building and said "Some day, I'll be sneaking into a place like this to sleep with you at night." Romance doesn't have to die, just because your body changes!

VeronicaKeegan-Moore says,

That's sweet, Wench. As I said, I'm not discounting love ... just the hopeless way I'd once pursued it.

RaisedByWolves says,

Was your selection an honor or public pillory?

VeronicaKeegan-Moore says,

I was quite honored, as I am whenever I am featured or selected. It also opens up the possibility of someone telling me how I should feel. Happens here quite often. Oh, well. I will no longer defend myself or my feelings to anyone here.

Xstra says,

You just summarized my life quite succintly. Glad to see it in print.
