I scry with my eyes' phosphenes.

Backstory

Scrying is the folk practice of staring into something (the classic example being a crystal ball) in order to use it as a sort of mirror of intuition, in a sense kind of similar to the yogic practice of Dharana, which is holding a fixed visualized image in your mind (such as a triangle, but it could be anything) in order to achieve a meditative state (same function as Mantra).

Phosphenes (or phosphene graphics) are the staticky patterns you see when you rub your eyes really hard. I focus on those when I rub my eyes and use it as a momentary meditation as well as a chance for my intuition or deeper subconscious a chance to 'speak' (if it has anything to say). I try to notice any patterns or indeed any images. Looking at the surface of water essentially achieves a similar effect too. If not revelation, then at least placidity.
