i often think of a six, then put a key word in the search box to make sure i'm not inadvertently plagiarizing, only to find that somebody else has already done it MUCH better!
I think part of the draw of Smith is that we can simply Six what's on our mind without fear of (too much) backlash if what we write isn't all that original. The human condition is pretty old, and our thoughts and words are bound to be repetitive at some level. I say go for it if what you have to say is original to YOU, and if it isn't a word-for-word match to what's already been said and might just be echoing in your subconscious.
