He came home today, at last.
Backstory
A teacher at my school had a few students write essays about soldiers fighting in Iraq. My friend wrote about his father. The teacher asked him to come to the front of the class and read it. He did, and began crying. As soon as he finished reading, his father, who wasnt supposed to be home for another two months, walked in, in full uniform. I always get Teary eyed when I see any person from the military come back safely. I only wish the servicemen and women knew how greatly appreciative I am of their service. Thanks to your friend and his father. This is a truly wonderful story!
