Discovered a new color: Nicotine Ceiling.
Backstory

I do not allow smokers to rent and my management just did. I smoked over 25 years and my most recent quit has been 15 months. I can smell it.It took me too long to get it off all the walls in these units.
Being a broker gave me insight as well...Washing, painting, priming, ozone treatments. Most non smokers don't want a smokey house...I don't even want a car that has been smoked in eeewww.
