O.k...I really mean it now. It's February and my thirty day commitment to any form of exercise is a pathetic showing for the first month of this fabulous year. So, I'm calling, "Do over."
It might be "jig" not gig. I'm thinking of my band's gig. haha! Old timey phrases slip my memory sometimes. Today was nice, went out without my coat, just my sweater and 2 layers underneath! Have to be back home around 4ish though, cuz it still cools off fast. We are pretty lucky out here.
Although the revealingness of sundresses is not my primary concern, I've shown pretty crap-house results for my self-promises of exercise, as well. Winter makes it a pain in the arse though. But yeah, call as many do-overs as ya like! It still represents effort. And what I just said only accidentally represents rationalization.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...

We won't be able to wear all these layers much longer! Then the gig will be up. Sundresses will show no mercy!ShellDeFelice says,
