canadafreeze says,

You won't leave until it gets too hard to stay ...

SingerSomewhere says,

I'm doing much of the same.

MotorCityMich says,

LOL I just don't want to leave because it's snowing. It was totally not that deep of a memoir. :D

jl333 says,

I was thinking WAY TOO deep into this memoir

MotorCityMich says,

Everyone was but me! I want a Dr. Pepper, but it's snowing and I don't want to go get one. LOL!

Dragonflower says,

Do you remember the old saying for Dr. Pep? 10-2-4? It is about an hour until 4 pm here as I'm reading this! Dr. Pep was my favorite sodie. They used to have the best commercials when I was a teenager. I was in love with one of the dancers in them. (not for real, just crush).

changed screen name today from Autumn22.

MotorCityMich says,

LOL I wondered if I knew you!!

I remember liking David Naughton, the "I'm a Pepper, You're a Pepper" guy when I was a kid. He was a cutie!

I've been addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper for ages. It's rather sad, actually. :)

Like your new name, too!

Dragonflower says,

I wonder if that's who it was that I liked? It was that I'm a Pepper song, I remember. I'm not supposed to drink carbonated beverages anymore, or sugar, or fake sugar, or ..... anything really fun! It is OK though because I feel really good, but when you said Dr. P; I'm all, oh I want a Dr. Pepper; I love that cherry kind of taste. When I was kid, they told me it was carbonated prune juice. My cousins from your neck of the woods told me that.

canadafreeze says,

See? No backstory leaves the memoir beautifully open to interpretation. Nicely done. Have a Dr. Pepper on me:-)

jl333 says,

Wait...this memoir was all about a Dr. Pepper?! Thanks for the belly ache from laughing so hard!

MotorCityMich says,

Yup!

Now I'm cracking up too. If I can't be deep, at least I can be obscure. :P

MotorCityMich says,

DE, the best part is that my hubby just offered to go get one for me! Now THAT is love! <3

We MI folks have our ways. I remember hearing it was prune juice too, but for me, it's ambrosia!

MotorCityMich says,

Just to reassure you all, hubs went and got me a Dr. Pepper and all is right in my universe!

Thanks for your concern about my piteous situation. ;-)
