or make artichoke dip:
3 14-oz cans artichoke hearts in water (NOT marinated)
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
minced garlic to taste
preheat oven to 350
drain the water out of the artichoke hearts thoroughly
cut them in half and place in a deep (ungreased) casserole dish
mash them thoroughly with a hand potato masher, leaving some chunkines
add the parmesan. mayo & garlic
using a large spoon, mix all ingredients well so that he dip is a uniform consistency
bake at 350 for half an hour
serve with sliced baguettes or your favorite crackers (i like water crackers or triscuits)
