When things are over-whelming you, stop everything and take the day off. Sleep all day or read a good book. Just chill. Or best of all take a walk and sit on a bench in the park. Your emotions need a rest same as our bodies need rest always. Make sure nobody annoys you. This is important.Best thoughts to you but I know you will feel better when those emotions take a break.
