notjustagirlintheworld says,

there is a word in Yiddish yemmins which means off some one else's plate (from which everything tastes better)

notjustagirlintheworld says,

kudos to you and your chef :D

mzejay says,

Living in that same universe. Dishes are cleaner when he washes too (;-P)

canadafreeze says,

ctgoods2 says,

So true - nice job oops!

maryjane31 says,

This is funny because I never liked my own cooking. It always taste better done by someone else or going out to eat. My husband is not a good cook by any means, however his scrambled eggs taste better than mine always.

JAD says,

I used to say that. After I retired he says that about me now.:0)

oopsalittle says,

he may not be able to cook many dishes but I love that he does try -especially when I get home after a hard day's work and there is something simmering on the stove -
@notjustagirlintheworld - what a great saying - I love that!
