Obituaries jeer, setting bar ever higher.

Backstory

The obituaries of the silent generation blow me away ...people who live to be 90 have generally worked really hard, seen horrible things, made real sacrifices, found meaningful ways to spend their time, and leave an abundance of love and respect in their wake ... a very inspiring generation ... probably not so fun as parents but the real deal as far as pillars of communities go.
