Hat tip to LemonWatermelon. When my older daughter Kait was 9, she wrote lyrics to a song entitled, "I Wasted My Lipstick on You". It was hiarious and we still crack up when we talk about it.
This reminds me of a time when I was meeting my friend for the first time. We had made arrangements to go mountain biking. Imagine my friends surprise when my nails were done and was I wearing lipstick--all to go mountain biking! She still laughs about that moment today.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...

I love that! Hiking is a passion of mine but I always "fix up" before a trek. It's not nightclub glam but I would totally ride with lipstick.jl333 says,
