Backstory
He was supposed to meet me at my house at 5 p.m. to help me clean my gutters. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he didn't arrive until 6.Before you ask the question, "What could be more important than being on time?" let me tell you why he was delayed. He arrived at my house with a HUGE pot of chili he had cooked for us to enjoy with him and some other food stuffs. He also provided me with a new comforter and a few other small, thoughtful items for my house.
I was going to let him off the hook about the gutters. I figured the kids and I could handle it later in the week. It was cold and had rained recently. Oh no, he would have none of that. IN THE DARK AND COLD, my fella cleaned my gutters with little assistance from me.
He rocks. He rocks hard. Love him!
