lillybrook says,

My cat mystery right now is to figure out how to get my cat to stop drinking out of the fishbowl. I'm sure fish-slimed water tastes delicious *really* but, c'mon...

accidentaltourist says,

Just one slurp away from sushi, K8.

MO_Thoughts2 says,

Steve -- try changing out brands of litter. Slowly switch over a couple weeks by adding the new stuff in as you are taking the old stuff out. Consider grain of litter size. Cats can be very picky about walking on it ... some of it hurts their feet. So if you have a fine grain work your way to a bigger grain or vise versa. And nix the kind with major deodorizers in them.

Also more than one cat calls for more than one litterbox. Rule is one litter box per cat, but I get away with 2 litter boxes for 3 cats. Make sure they are in a "private" location. Nobody even cats wants company while they are doing their business.

And lastly, make sure the cat doesn't have a urinary tract infection. A cat will use places outside the box trying to tell you so.

Good luck ....
