kathi_wright, how interesting your comment is! Because, I find myself noting the calendar days. On January 22, I said to myself, well now I am 60 and 1 month, getting closer to 61. Same for February! I've never done this before! Trying to really live my life this year and do lots of different stuff I've never done before!

Tonight I went to Chipoltes and ordered a beer with my dinner. They asked to see my ID. I said, really? you want to see MY ID? The very young man said, well we gotta. I actually felt ridiculous pulling it out. I'm not sure he even tried to do the math! Heck, I can't even do the math! hahaha.

i am bad at math, too. but for the last few years i have been keenly aware that february is the half-way point to the next birthday. ugh! well, revel in the fact that you were carded - i was sternly questioned at a drive-through window when i ordered a senior coffee a few months ago. (geez, i only had a few cents in my wallet at the time!)
