First showing -- not interested. :-(

I really need to get this house sold. If I don't, then I have to rent it out. And that is a whole different mess. Carrying double mortgages and utilities is zapping my accounts quickly. Grrrr.

BanjoDan says,

Good luck, keep us posted!

canadafreeze says,

Fingers doubly crossed -good luck:-()

Dragonflower says,

I am sure it will sell soon. The people meant to buy it will arrive soon.

notjustagirlintheworld says,

time for some good luck to pass your way, fingers and toes crossed.

MO_Thoughts2 says,

Not so much luck .... second family liked it but it's too small for them.

whelp says,

If you have comps price yours lower. Make it look like you don't live there.

MO_Thoughts2 says,

The house is empty. It's a single family home priced at $57,500 and in this area can't even touch a half duplex for that price. However it is one of the original houses in this town and the new houses are much much bigger. Major drawback is that there is only one bathroom and that the garage is detached. It's a small, 60 year old home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, detached oversized garage with large fenced in back yard. Renters love it because they can get the privacy of a single family home at the price of a duplex.
