This memoir took me back for a moment, then realized how clever you are. Just always remember that it is completely normal to get short tempered under the kind of stress you have. My acupuncture lady tells me to breathe out noisily. like sigh audibly. she says it helps with dispelling the negative energy. she makes me practice in her office because I keep too much inside. and I am quiet by nature so making noise is hard for me. but...when I do the sighing thing I immediately feel better!
You and me both. A temper is a terrible thing to lose, unless it's permanently, right? Better to replace rage with zen. Still working on that myself. That's neither here nor there...wonderful six. I love it.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...

better flames out than in! try saying argh! like a pirate. but don't think of Johnny Depp when you do. otherwise it comes out like ahhhnotjustagirlintheworld says,
on the other hand it would be a nice thing to leave behind.betsyjo says,
