Backstory
I'm going back to writing lists. This flying by the seat of my pants isn't working so well for me. I thought it would make me feel easy breezy. That was the goal, but it isn't happening. My compromise? To stop at six things--instead of my usual 10-20. Progress for a life-long over-achiever!

I'm a definite note taker myself. I'm constantly writing reminders and lists for myself. At the end of the day, I enjoy seeing items crossed off on my list...feels like I've accomplished something.Dragonflower says,
Absolutely!! I think that's why I've felt so aimless--it's that active crossing off the done deeds that makes me feel good.
