Age old paint shirt triggers memories.

Backstory

Jewel green from the front room. It was my first house after living in apartments for years. I painted it a color that made me happy.

Shocking pink when my daughter was 5 and in a Barbie phase.

Lime green and purple paint from my daughter's room when she was around 10.

Red and coral blue from my son's room when he was 8.

Gray when we repainted everything neutral after I bought a bigger house and was renting out the old house three years ago.

Today was an eggshell for the closet and laundry room in the old house. Renter moved out .. now it's on the market.

I have one just like that and a pair of shoes that match it. I love a woman who can get dirty.

For me, the memories from before it was a paint shirt add to significance.
