My house is home and hideout.

Backstory

I don't have cable, Internet service or a radio in my house, and it makes my home my safe haven. I don't have to hear Christmas music until I'm ready, no sappy Lifetime movies, no endless drone of a world gone wrong, no children fighting over who's next. Home sweet home!

lovelylizard says,

Wow, interesting. I do love silence, but I don't know if I could go without some form of media in my sanctuary. But they really are time vampires, aren't they?

dakat123 says,

They are! We have a TV and my kids play video games and we watch movies. I have my iPhone, and if I need to access the Internet for anything I do it there. I also keep my iTunes library well stocked, but I typically only listen to it in the car. I Six through my phone. That's a must!

lovelylizard says,

Trying to six on my iphone is ridiculous. The screen is too small, I can't see anything. I'm waiting for Larry to release the six app.

dakat123 says,

That would be awesome!!! I'll never get any work done!!! LOL!
