Making dent in shell around heart.
Backstory
After many years of putting up barriers to protect myself, I find myself struggling to take them down.It's exhausting.
The idea of risking the pain of heartbreak... it's terrifying to me. Anxiety attack scary.
But ...
With the help of a few great friends, two wonderful children and my stubborn nature, I'm making strides. Of course it's not as fast I would like, but talking down walls ... Sigh.
