Giblets is referring to a couple of organs. The gizzard has no comparable human part, but the liver does (the liver). I'm from the south. Liver and gizzards, fried of course, are an entree in many dining establishments.
Oh. I didn't realize giblets refered to all the organs. The neck isn't included correct ? I have eaten chicken liver from deli.. I believe the combines with hard boiled eggs, and smoltz (chicken fat). Gizzard sounds like lizard and buzzrd so no thanks
