ok jl - of the traditional dishes served at thanksgiving, which one's your favorite? for me it's the dressing, hands down! hope you have a very happy thanksgiving!
NumberOneAunt: This is too funny--I just realized stuffing is also called dressing! Of course I knew that, but I'd forgotten. We called it dressing when I was little. But, this is the funny part. My friend emailed me he's going to Tgiving at his niece's and he's in charge of the dressing. So I'm thinking salad dressing. I say, you know, to make it easier, there are many lovely options that come in a bottle. Then I read NumberOneAunt's comment about dressing and I think: mmm, I guess salad dressing is a bigger deal than I thought! I crack myself up sometimes. Happiest Thanksgiving!
PS. My daughter's dad made the best dressing/stuffing I've ever had- it was kind of spicy hot and so delicious. Before that, I was always a Stove Top person too. He was originally from Peru so he did a lot of things differently when he cooked.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...

Funny, I only like stuffing if it's Stove Top Stuffing. All the other ones, surprisingly, I don't care for. I know, shocker, right?Dragonflower says,
