Backstory

The more feelings I express the more I exacerbate the situation. My friend who is transitioning from a male to his true femal self is getting on my last nerve. I love supporting him and being there. But I can't be supergirl and be 100% supportive all the time. I can't talk about it anymore. I don't know what to tell him when he asks if he looks different every couple of days. I don't know when I'm going to show him how to do his makeup. I just don't have time. He lives in Arizona & I live in Jersey. There's only so much I can do. It didn't feel this overwhelming before. It didn't help that I told him that I didn't want him to talk about his transition all the time. I've learned over time it's not what we say it's how we say it. Apparently I'm a bad student.
