Backstory
It's late afternoon and the guy two units away has decided to have a party- loud music, thumping bass, animated conversation- you get the drift. Obviously this guy hasn't read the strata by-laws re disturbing other residents' peace and quiet or he's an inconsiderate prick. Either way, I've made note of his indiscretion and sent an email to the strata manager.
