Backstory
In that particular case (a nasty situation at work) I was the blamed laxative. I'm the biggest allergy to inflexible people. Thank K822 you've added much of what I wanted to say - I work in college and I have amazing colleagues - but some of them aren't in touch with the real mission of our work: to unleash the possible. There's too much negative feedback and lack of trust in student's capacity and efforts.I am also considered to be 'too' personal with some of my students.
