Teaching master level: exhausted, hopeful, fulfilled.

Backstory

Just came back from my second session of teaching @ the Masters in International Communication Management @ my uni- They all confessed they hardly did any reading due to a deadline for another assignment today... but their engagement in the interactive exercises was truly rewarding!

I realised that teaching 6 hours in a row is a gift to make learning happens - the trick? trigger their curiosity, encourage them to participate!!

They promised they'll read for next class. After today I have no choice but to trust them!
