iridescentirises says,

My friend was recently victimized by a very mean person online and became quite distraught. It seems like cyber bullying is becoming more rampant, simply because the Internet is the watering hole for a faceless society. Some may think that they'll never be caught, and in a way, this is very much true. Though I wish to help my friend, it's not like I can fly to search for the culprit that's causing her misery. It's a sad reality that some feel that a world without borders gives them the power to infringe on others' rights and life.

Jujeebal says,

Cyber bullying is a real and dangerous problem. Many are working to educate adults, adolescents and children about this. The internet can be dangerous...it can also be a source of positive social change.
