"Skinny domicile" is Heaney's anagram of "Emily Dickinson." His parody of Dickinson's poetry begins with the following two lines: "I have a skinny domicile. / Its door is very narrow." The opening line of one of Dickinson's poems reads: "You're right: 'the way is narrow.'" That poem of hers is based on Matthew 7:13, 14 (which I have quoted above).
