“Manhattan suit bikini models hoagie jet.” — The Six-Word Test Drive Challenge Revs Up

Wednesday, October 12th, 2011

By Larry Smith

If you had just six words to describe your ultimate test drive of a MINI Cooper, what would they be? “Manhattan suit bikini models hoagie jet,” dreams one entrant of a “The Best Test Drive Ever. Period.” contest from MINI Cooper.

“The Best Test Drive Ever. Period.” concept is simple, and the prize is awesome. If you could test drive a MINI Cooper anywhere with anyone and anything in the car, what would you choose? One winner will get the chance to experience the very Six-Word Test Drive he or she conjures up. I don’t know if our hoagie-loving scribe will take the prize, but illustrator Matt Clark from Manbaby.com offers what this ride might look like in the image above. We’ll be posting more of Matt’s renderings of ultimate test drives on this blog and our Facebook page until the contest ends on October 23, 11:59pm ET.

You can submit your six to MINI’s contest page, on Facebook, or via Twitter (but please not to the comments area of this post). On Twitter, make sure to tag your tweet #MINIbesttestdrive and mention @miniusa and @smithmag so we can find you easily. Good luck!
