We’re not very tan, we’re not quite ready, and we’re really not rested, but we’re excitedly counting down the days until the six-word memoir book arrives in stores everywhere. We’re a small team with a storytelling dream, and we truly need your help spreading the word about Not Quite What I Was Planning: Six-Word Memoirs by Writers Famous and Obscure.

There are many ways you can do it.

Tell everyone you know about the video: Ripe for sharing, blogging, embedding, humming along to.

Join the Six-Word Memoir Facebook Group: All the cool kids are doing it.

Add the widget to your site, blog, or desktop. You know you’re counting the days anyway. Aren’t we all?*

And of course, buy the book. Better than yet another $10 bottle of wine to bring to a dinner party and an instant conversation piece. Buy a dozen, toss them in your closet, never be stuck without a last-minute gift again.

Contributors, click here to add the six-word memoir tile to your blog, website, or backpack.

tiggerjonny tells us on the widget page, “This is the best book EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Thanks, man.
