Resolve: more exercise. Result: better sleep.



Backstory

I signed up for San Francisco's Bay to Breakers, a 12K walk held in May. I've been training for this event and I'm up to walking 3 miles so far. I used to have a hard time staying asleep, but for the past few nights my head hits the pillow and that's all folks. No three a.m. Antique Roadshow with a side of memoir writing and reading for me.
