For health reasons, I am eating mostly vegetarian. I gave up red meat a long time ago, but now am even moving away from the other meats. I live in a town where this is mostly a moral/ethical decision. I have a hard time talking about it to people because they are pretty adament about their beliefs and I respect them. I even have my own feelings about using animal products. But mostly what I want, is just to talk about eating vegetable dishes (or veggie chow, as you call it!). I hope you do publish a vegetarian cookbook. I'd like to visit your blog.I feel 100% batter and my stomach now complains bitterly if I give it anything I've given up. It appears that your body really adjusts to a cleaner meal plan and once gone, it doesn't want those foods back!
Good luck with your resolutions!

Thanks Autumn! That's too bad that you can't talk to people around you about it... Send me a message and I'll send you my blog link (doesn't look like I can contact you on your profile). Your body does adjust to the meatfree diet- if I were to eat meat again (after 18 years without it) I know I would get extremely ill.
