Dhani says,

Not if it's VOID of a non-forgiving mind...

Dragonflower says,

Yes, Dhani, I see your point and agree. Sometimes love just solves things in my own heart and I have to be content with that. And sometimes I just don't have enough love to forgive a wrong and I have to be content with that as well, knowing a higher power has enough for the both of us.

Dhani says,

Yes -alas it may take hours, days, months or years before any of us are willing to truly forgive a past wrong. Because I am continually enjoying the fruits of my personal acts of genuine forgiveness (everyday a friend, love one or stranger will challenge you to forgive an offense) I now usually don't have to wait too long before I decide to forgive the person (place, thing, circumstance or situation) in question. There is nothing more self-liberating on earth than the act of forgiveness.

Dragonflower says,

Absolutely - to all you say. Thank you for your thoughtful comments. Isn't interesting how we will hear something, just at the exact time we need to hear it? I love these six word memoirs and comments and how magical they seem to be for one's growth and comfort. Happy December!
