I only have a handful of photos of my grand-daughter and this is a cropped version of one of them. I hope people realise that showing off pictures like this one is less about self-pity than it is about the wonder of possessing images the likes of which I could have only DREAMED of having just two short years ago.

Regardless of what anyone says, I AM Aria's grandpa, and that's something that NO-ONE can take away from me. I've been using pictures of her as Facebook profile photos and haven't copped any complaints from her family so far, which is rather cool.
