Amapola says,

Nearly a devil's dilemma. Always tempting ;-)

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX says,

difficult to keep the two separate, but great when you do.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX says,

It was...and then AIDS came along, and set the meter back forty years.

Level1 says,

This is just my humble opinion but, I think society would be much healthier if people could just be free to admit their true wants and desires. It's natural to want to mingle physically and mentally. Why does society permit multiple relationships intellectually but put a limit on physical relationships? It is very challenging for one person to be everything to another.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX says,

Yes! I believe that being all of us, animals...we're wired to find sexual attraction everywhere. We're omnisexual...not homo or hetero. Good ole religion did a good job frightening the masses into various meaningless boxes. Life could be so simple and much more rewarding without the idiotic constraints that so many of us labor to perpetuate.

Level1 says,

But, constrained we are........

MrsPremise says,

Great dialog, it sounds perfect now, but I would have been broken hearted if someone told me that as a new mother. I still would have preferred a mutually dedicated relationship while raising a family, but betrayal comes in many forms.

Level1 says,

Mrs, that's the rub, it's not perfect. For all my talk, my straying mind has caused me much guilt and has prevented me (when the opportunity presented itself) from following through. I love my husband, and would not want to be married to anyone else but, if I could have a hall pass I would use it in a heart beat.

MrsPremise says,

Oh, I can't preach. I threw a bomb in the room with my first marriage. I'm an idealist in my heart, but life was so much more challenging than I was prepared for. Plus, I was an idiot 35 years ago. :-}
