I am paying a different price than what you are referring to. Watching the person I love fighting a cancer that is prepared to kill him is my price. His love and our years together make this price a deal.

It's a deal because you have saved up so many good moments. I've been in a wonderful relationship for many years now. Fortunately this memoir references a past relationship.
