XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX says,

What's a Durian melon?

BGourley says,

It's common in China and Southeast Asia. It is sized and shaped about like watermelon, but with a spikey exterior.

It stinks like cheese and has a consistancy that is cheese-like as well.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX says,

better question...have YOU ever eaten one? Must have been an interesting occasion...

BGourley says,

No. I haven't.

The stink is tremendous. A lot of places only sell them frozen because of it.

lilbear says,

It's not a melon. Lovely stuff.

StacyJane says,

It smells like baby poop and apricots...GROSS.

oopsalittle says,

I brought one home once to try and I'm never going within one kilometre of one ever again. Took days to get smell out of house. Wish someone had warned me.
